Keep your details safe: We treat sponsor enquiries as confidential and will take reasonable steps to protect them. The details are sent through this page’s HTTPS connection to Formspree and may be viewed by authorized foundation team members. No online service can promise perfect security, so please share only the information requested.
Never enter or attach personal banking details. Do not send card numbers, bank account numbers, sort codes, passwords, identity documents, or payment information. This form does not accept file attachments and does not take donations or payments.
What we collect and why?
This form asks for your email address, intended support amount and currency, country or region, and preferred way to support the campaign. The foundation intends to use these details to respond to and manage your sponsor enquiry. They will not be used for newsletters unless you separately choose to sign up.
Who handles the information?
Formspree processes the form submission. Authorized foundation team members may access enquiries through the Formspree account and any notification inbox configured for the form. Access is limited to people who need to respond.
How long we keep it and your choices?
The foundation keeps enquiry details only as long as needed to follow up and manage the sponsorship enquiry, then securely delete them, unless a legal obligation requires longer. To ask to see, correct, or delete your enquiry details, contact [lisacrowleyy@proton.me].

Depending on the agreed finacial support level and availability, proposed benefits may include; a personal meet-and-greet and photoshoot session, an International Humanitarian Supporter recognition card, private tour notifications when safe to share, invitations to future card shows, sponsor acknowledgements, special shout outs during live sessions, and early content previews as ViP fans.
